Prescott College is a small, private, liberal arts college with a strong emphasis on ecological literacy and experiential education. Founded in 1966, Prescott College serves the needs of approximately 1,000 students in three programs of study.

Distance and resident degree programs are offered and teaching certificates may be pursued through any program. Prescott College also offers a limited residency graduate program. Small-class sizes and a high level of student/faculty interaction, as well as an emphasis on self-directed study, attract students to this campus.

The Admissions Office is located on the corner of Grove and Sheldon at 302 Grove Avenue.

Arizona Exposition & State Fair Phoenix AZ October11-November3 The Arizona Expo and State Fair is held every year. Events include the All-Indian Rodeo, motorized events, animal displays and competition, cooking contests, youth activities, and competitive entries. There is also an annual concert schedule that is announced prior to the fair. Exhibition buildings and grounds include the Agriculture Center, Arizona Plaza Building, Avenue of Flags, Cattle Barns, Exhibit Building, Grandstand-Arena, Hacienda Home Arts Center, Wesley Bolin Building, and the Party Gras.
