At 400 feet wide, this is the world's largest natural travertine bridge; the amazing natural formation arches 183 feet above Pine Creek. Clear springs and fern-draped grottoes line the narrow canyon upstream and, in a large grassy meadow above the bridge, visitors will find a restored turn-of-the-century hotel. Park facilities include handicapped accessible restrooms and a visitor center; recreation within the 160-acre day-use only park includes hiking trails and a picnic area. This state park is located 13 miles northwest of Payson off State Route 87.
