Comments: We had a reservation for July 13,14,15 at Blue Lake resort. My Husband had surgery for cancer may 31/07 and has been asked by his Dr. Specialist not to travel just yet he also has namonia just now. We called the resort in which we have been frequenting for years and years and gave well over 3 weeks notice to cancell on the request of my husbands specialist. We were told by the owners manager that he would be trying to charge our Visa 150.00 for 1 night fee for the cabin on the lake for cancelling. There is not mention on this anywhere on the web page nor do we recall been told this when we booked we would not have booked in case of some kind of set back from the surgery. This shocks me being that the old owners have alway treated us with the upmost respect and they were delightful to do business with. very down to earth. Over the last 15 years we have recommended this Blue Lake Resort to many of our friend and family sending tons on business there way. sincerly bothered portcoq
