A group made up of more than 100 rocky islands and islets in Barkley Sound, the Broken Group Islands is only accessible by boat. Trips are made regularly from Port Alberni, Bamfield, and Ucluelet. Chartered boast and guides can be booked for tours and for transporting campers, canoeists, and kayakers. The area is well supplied with wildlife, such as eagles, sea lions, and many forms of marine life.
