Located in the urban and cultural hub of the Comox Valley, the Comox Valley Visitor InfoCentre can be found in the City of Courtenay.

The Comox Valley includes the communities of Comox, Cumberland, Black Creek, Mt. Washington, Forbidden Plateau, Merville, and the Denman Islands.
