Open May to October, a fee is charged for camping between May and September. The 90 campsites are located 70 km/43 mi north of Prince George on Hart Highway 97. There are flush toilets, a sani-station, and a playground. Hike to Squaw Lake or high above the banks of Crooked River, swim or sunbathe on sandy beaches of Bear Lake.

Reservations are accepted for camping. Pets are permitted on leash.
