Gordon Bay Provincial Park |
A second-growth Douglas fir forest on the south arm of Cowichan Lake in a valley which boasts the highest average annual temperature in Canada. Fish for rainbow and cutthroat trout and Dolly Varden, or swim in the warm lake water. Visit in April when the wildflowers are at their peak. This is just one of hundreds of British Columbia Provincial Parks.
