At the northern end of Highway 101 on the
Sunshine Coast of Southwestern B.C., Lund is about twenty minutes north of
Powell River. This historic fishing village was founded by the Swedish Thulin brothers in 1889, and their heritage 1895 hotel is today a popular tourist attraction.
