In the north shore mountains of Vancouver, Mount Seymour offers a broad spectrum of winter activities. Nordic skiers and snowshoers can travel through forests of yellow cedar and mountain hemlock, enjoying panoramic views along trails that challenge every level of skill. Alpine skiers can use the four chairlifts and a rope tow.

In summer, Mount Seymour can challenge both mountaineers and day trippers. Those driving the Mount Seymour Parkway experience one vista after another.
