Originally farmed by the Ruckle family who first settled in 1872, the park is at Beaver Point on Saltspring Island. The point is noted for its miniscule coves, rocky headlands and 7 km of shoreline. The walk-in campground is a favorite with cyclists and youth groups. Walking trails are not well-developed but the coastline is open.
