Search Saint-Pieters-Rode

On the lakeside of Horst is a white stone tower that stands off from the rest of building -- it is the only remaining portion of the original fortress built upon the site in the 14th century. The brick block adjoining the donjon was built in the 17th century. The surrounding estate is available for public recreation, including boating and fishing on the lake.
