MUHKA, an initiative of the Flemish community, has been housed in a former grain silo and warehouse since 1987. The core of the collection is on permanent loan by the Matta-Clark foundation, and contains 150 works by Belgian and international artists. In addition, several temporary exhibits are staged each year.
