The Cantillon Brewery, a family establishment founded in 1900, plays host to a brewery museum focusing a traditional Lambic beer, the "Gueuze". Gueze happens to be Cantillon's specialty, but they brew several other varieties as well. The Cantillon factory's classic brewing apparatus is the primary attraction that the museum has to offer -- though most contemporary independent breweries are extremely high-tech, Cantillon utilizes the same technology and methods that earned them their reputation.
