Air Flambuoyant offers exclusive nature walks in the sky. The ballooning company offers romantic hot air balloon excursions over the Sonoma wine country, followed by a scrumptious brunch. Accommodation packages are available as are gift certificates. They have a B & B (Bed and Balloon) called the Captains Quarters and the Pilot's Hideaway. Passengers who stay there will not have to drive in the early morning and are in very quiet surroundings in the middle of the vineyards. This is the oldest company in this area and one of the oldest in the country. Air Flambuoyant has been family owned and operated since 1974.

The fair offered premiums (prizes) for its competitions and included such agricultural exhibits such as 2-inch-long peanuts, 72-pound beets and a 10-pound carrot that was longer than 3 feet. Horseracing was part of that first fair and has continued to be a part of the fair ever since.
