The Grass Valley Video History Museum is the newest attraction of the
Nevada County Historical Society.
The museum maintains and catalogs historic video footage including mining, logging, transportation and old clips of Grass Valley and Nevada City. Several tapes are available for public viewing.
In addition, there are displays of Indian, Chinese, railroad, fire department and WWII artifacts.
The Museum is open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. There is no admission charge but donations are gladly accepted.
