The Chinese Temple in Oroville was built in 1863 with furnishings donated by the Emperor of China. A self-guiding tour includes three temples, one each for the religions of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism. There is also a courtyard garden and collections of puppets, costumes, and tapestries. Open daily, February 1 through December 14. Admission is free.
