Oakland International Airport is serviced by many major airlines. Its central location on
San Francisco Bay has easy freeway access and Air
Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), (BART), shuttle service every 15 minutes. Other ground transportation includes taxi, limo, bus, and shuttle.
Five on-site rental car agencies are located in Terminal 2. Short-term, long-term and economy parking lots are available with shuttle service to the terminals. Valet parking is also offered. Airport services include business services and Internet access, currency exchange, restaurants, lounges, snack concessions, news/gift shops, nursery, and museum exhibitions. Airport access is via Hwy 880.
