Ripon

Known as the "Almond Capital of the World," Ripon is surrounded by hundreds of acres of orchards and other agricultural land. The Ripon area has many annual events including the Annual Almond Blossom Festival. This event, which promotes the City of Ripon and the Almond Industry, is sponsored by the Ripon Chamber of Commerce and is held annually the last weekend in February.

Visitors and residents of Ripon also enjoy visiting local state parks, city parks and local museums.

Ripon is located in the heart of California's Central Valley, between Stockton and Modesto. The town is easily accessible from California State Highway 99. The Caswell Memorial State Park is located nearby.
