Established in 1965 as Armando's Snack Bar Cafe, the Restaurant was renamed the Green Flash. The menu consists of buttermilk pancakes, short stack, cottage potatoes, refried beans, tortillas, steak, pork chops, seafood trio, garlic bread, steamed clams, calamari strips, hamburger, Baja garden burger, filet mignon, island chicken, and green flash house salad. The cuisine is served at the patio or bar. They also offer Sunset Dinner and Bar specials such as calamari steak, top sirloin, red snapper, mimosa, and wells. Specials are served with salad, rice pilaf, sauteed vegetables, and hot bread.
