Ride the historic Georgetown Loop Railroad into the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Located just 50 miles west of Denver
, the railroad operates daily Memorial Day weekend through the first weekend of October. The round-trip train ride takes just over an hour, with an option of touring the Lebanon Silver Mine. The Visitor Information Center includes a railroad display and interpretive exhibits. Mine tours are not available without the train ride; no mine tour is given on the last train ride of the day. A dining car is available. Write to confirm train schedule. Train departs every 1 hour, 20 minutes daily.
