Ride the historic Georgetown Loop Railroad into the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Located just 50 miles west of Denver, the railroad operates daily Memorial Day weekend through the first weekend of October. The round-trip train ride takes just over an hour, with an option of touring the Lebanon Silver Mine. The Visitor Information Center includes a railroad display and interpretive exhibits. Mine tours are not available without the train ride; no mine tour is given on the last train ride of the day. A dining car is available. Write to confirm train schedule. Train departs every 1 hour, 20 minutes daily.
