They are continuing a fifty-six year tradition of welcoming guests - family, friends and visitors to Manitou Springs. Built between 1881 and 1885 as a boarding house the property was purchased in 1944 by Ron's great aunt and uncle, Ralph and Jessie Stump. This picturesque garden setting, one block from town center offers guests their own privacy fenced lawn, view of Pikes Peak from the cottage porch, nearness of nine naturally flowing mineral springs, trails and scenic wonders.
