Derbyhill Inn B&B is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Loveland, Colorado. We are just minutes from downtown, art galleries, antique shops, four-star golf courses and the Academy of Fine Arts. A full breakfast is served on the unique glass covered redwood deck surrounded by Colorado native landscaping or in the formal dining room. Complimentary soft drinks and snacks are also provided. The Derby Hill area bears the name of one of the most prominent pioneer families who established their farm on Derby Hill in 1873. The area is now a lovely residential area located within a few minutes of downtown Loveland where the majestic Rocky Mountains meet the Colorado plains. Loveland, often called the Gateway to the Rocky Mountains, is nestled against the foothills and is at the heart of one of the nation's great scenic and recreation areas. Over 5 million Valentines have been re-mailed through the Loveland Post Office since 1947, earning Loveland the nickname 'Sweetheart City'.
