We are located on the north side of the valley with a full view to the south and west of the foothills of Pikes Peak. In addition to our 180 degree mountain view we sit atop a little hill overlooking downtown Manitou Spring's unique restaurants, shopping district, and Soda Springs Park. We are the last motel before you get to Pikes Peak Cog Railway and only minutes from numerous attractions. Our rooms range from accomodating one in a more traditional style setting to a family of six in a two bedroom unit. All our units have private bath, outside entrances and equipped kitchens. Our windows open and there is a fan in every unit. Frequently early morning songbirds can be heard in the distance. We have a center courtyard with BBQ grills, picnic tables, and sitting benches.
