Our property features 9 kitchenette's, and two suites with separate kitchens that are ideal for the extended stay guests. All of the rooms have been remodeled as of 2000 and 2001, with new beds, carpet, linoleum, showers, remote control 19' TV's with expanded cable and HBO, direct dial telephones with auto night attendant for direct in house access, microwaves and refrigerators, swamp cooler air conditioning, and gas base board heat. We have also installed guest coin operated laundry facilities on property for added convenience. The Colorado Inn and Suites is a beautifully landscaped property located within walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, city wave pool and swimming pool, and endless Colorado business and recreational opportunities.
