The Farmington Inn is nestled in the heart of one of Connecticut's oldest towns, Farmington, where stately white homes built by merchants and bankers during post-Revolutionary days still line the main street. Since 1645, the town has warmly welcomed pilgrims, slaves, freemen, patriots, students and statesmen. This rich tradition continues today at the Farmington Inn. Conference and meeting facilities are featured; the Tunxis Room can accommodate up up to 75 people in a theatre type setting especially suited for up to 50 people for classroom and seminar purposes. Their Hillstead Room seats up to 20 for meeting purposes. A full panoply of audio-visual equipment is available, including direct satellite transmission and other hi-tech conferencing facilities. Other equally appointed rooms are also available for smaller groups of people.
