WaterWheel Tai Chi is to promote health and well being in the community as a training system for both mind and body which originated in China as a martial art. Tai Chi is effective at relieving stress and tension, strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. The curriculum includes Tai Chi, Chi Kung, Meditation, Hsing-I and Pa Kua.
