Located off Hwy 32 on Judd Rd., this park covers about 380 acres overlooking the city. The park contains the Memorial Rose Garden, which honors all war veterans and is in full bloom from late-June to mid-July.
There are nature trails as well as fishing and swimming in season. Picnicking is permitted.
Open daily from dawn until dusk.
