Old Lyme is located in
New London County just west of New London between Niantic and Old Saybrook along Highway 156 on the banks of the Connecticut River near
Rocky Neck State Park. Located just north of the Long Island Sound.
Old Lyme is part of the New London-Norwich metro area.
