This Elizabethan manor house, circa 1583, is still a family home where visitors can see excellent collections of pictures, furniture and needlework displayed. Museum exhibits include a self-sufficient village with life-sized shop displays. Also on the grounds is a Saxon church, circa 980. Conference facilities, gift shop, refreshments on site.
