Bristol is located in
Liberty County, (of which it is the county seat) west of
Tallahassee between
Telogia and
Blountstown along Highway 20 on the banks of the Apalachicola River near the Georgia state line. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 1,082, an increase of 145 since 1990.
