Harmon-Meek Gallery has been awarded the title Best Art Gallery by the Naples Daily News spring 2003 Southwest Florida Choice Awards based on readership response. Established in Naples in January, 1964 by Foster Harmon, the Harmon-Meek Gallery has been primarily interested in promoting the creativeness of certain American artists dating from 1920 to present. With a large list of artists and emphasis devoted to organizing museum traveling exhibitions for this group of contemporary American masters. The gallery space will emphasis on solo exhibitions. Four large off-premises storage rooms less than a mile away from the gallery will enable the gallery to still maintain a substantial inventory of works by each of the artists or estates of artists directly represented.
