It is an interdenominational Christ-centered program. Boys live aboard vessels and learn seamanship skills. A minimum commitment of one year is required for placement at Safe Harbor. The program is structured and centers on teaching a work ethic. Counseling is offered individually and through groups. A computer learning center is available.
