In 1978, a two-story, 75-bed hospital named Seven Rivers Community Hospital opened its doors to the communities within western Citrus County.
Today, Seven Rivers Community Hospital is one of the nation's Top 100 Hospitals. After numerous expansions, Seven Rivers Community Hospital has grown to three stories and 128 beds, with numerous satellite centers conveniently located for our patients and physicians. They serve communities within Citrus, Levy and South Marion counties.
