LifeStream Behavioral Center has met the behavioral health care needs of Lake & Sumter County residents since 1969. Through the years, LifeStream, just like the community they serve, has grown and progressed. Today LifeStream provides a 56-bed psychiatric inpatient facility and a 64-bed geriatric residential and treatment program.
From comprehensive alcohol & substance abuse programs to psychiatric crisis intervention, LifeStream's professional health care team provides an array of services and specialties combined with the latest in behavioral care technology. Also included are support services such as: case management; aftercare; rehabilitation; partial hospitalization and outpatient counseling centers.
