Their 116-bed, acute care medical center is in downtown New Smyrna Beach, a historic community whose lineage traces back to 1768, when one of the largest British Colonial era settlements was established here. Part of Florida's Funcoast, New Smyrna Beach boasts a wide beach of hard-packed sand on the Atlantic Ocean.

Bert Fish Medical Center offers innovative programs and services such as a successful Kidney Transplant Program, the first Heartburn Relief Center launched in Florida and state-of-the art diagnostic and interventional imaging services, as well as an Oncology Center.
