The Battle of the Natural Bridge was fought March 6, 1865, to prevent Union Troops from capturing the Capitol at
Tallahassee. Fishing opportunities and picnic facilities are available and free to the public.
Natural Bridge Battlefield Historic State Park is located six miles east of Woodville, off S.R. 363 on Natural Bridge Road.
