Departs from the Halifax Harbor Marina 'Showdock'; cruises along the Halifax River are aboard a replica of an 1890s excursion boat. One-hour narrated cruises travel past riverfront estates or historic downtown while the captain relates area history. Two-hour midday waterway and sunset trips are also available. Riverfront cruises depart Tuesday-Saturday at 2pm (also on Monday, April-September). Downtown cruises depart Tuesday-Saturday at 3:30pm (also Mondays, April-September).
