Guided tours of the cellars in English or French are available, led by an expert staff member. At the end of the tour, visitors are given a complimentary glass of bubbly. No appointment is necessary, except for large groups. Cost starts at 7 euro per adult. (Tours in German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Japanese and Chinese are available with prior reservation.)
