Located across Georgia Highway 49 from the notorious Camp Sumter (Andersonville Prison), Andersonville Civil War Village offers a 5-acre park with an old-time farm area complete with log cabin, barn, farm animals, a sugar cane mill, and syrup kettle. Andersonville also offers a welcome station and museum housed in a quaint 19th century railroad depot.
