Lake Park is located in Lowndes County southeast of Valdosta between Twin Lakes and Statenville along Highway 376 on the banks of the Atlanta River near the Florida state line in the Southern Rivers Region of the state. The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 524, an increase of 24 since 1990.
