Lake Winfield Scott Campground

Overlooking beautiful Lake Winfield Scott in the north Georgia mountains, this recreation area offers camping, picnicking, boating, fishing and hiking. There are two camping loops offering 36 campsites on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations can be made for groups of 25 or more people. The public campground features 10 sites for tent camping, 26 sites for RVs, 22-foot limit. Amenities include 24-hr attendant, beach, nature and hiking trails, dump station and flush toilets. Recreation includes fishing, boating and swimming. Maximum stay is 14 nights.
