Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center

Located in Coastal Georgia, Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center is a 316-bed full service (excluding open heart surgery) not-for-profit hospital that serves the health care needs of the residents of thirteen counties in its primary, secondary and tertiary markets. Located approximately 70 miles north of Jacksonville, Florida, and 75 miles south of Savannah, Georgia, Southeast Georgia Regional Medical Center represents the only major medical facility in a 150 mile area.

The Medical Center features the latest in diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, which includes Magnetic Resonance Imaging (M.R.I.), Computerized Axial Tomography (C.A.T. Scan), Lithotripsy, and a Radiation Oncology Center. The Maternity Center provides comprehensive maternity services to the community, with over 1100 infants born at the hospital each year.
