Rossville Georgia

Rossville is located in Walker County, within Mountains Region, between Fort Oglethorpe and Chattanooga on US Highway 27.

Received national attention for the local arrest in 1985 of Bruce Carroll Pierce, for the slaying of radio talk-show host Allen Berg. Pierce had just stepped out of a van loaded with grenades, bombs, machine guns, automatic weapons, dynamite, blasting caps and a crossbow and arrows.
