Located at Skidaway Island, this museum houses 14 aquariums containing local marine life, coastal archaeological finds and marine resources and exhibits of flora and fauna from the South Atlantic continental shelf. A self-guided trail winds through Maritime Forest and Salt Marsh.
The 680 acre property, formerly portions of two plantations, is shared by the Skidaway Institute of Oceanography.
