This museum showcases minerals, rocks and fossils with special collections from Georgia and around the world. The museum features a simulated limestone cave and waterfall, dinosaur exhibit, many "hands-on" exhibits and classroom films available for viewing. An extensive gift shop includes unique jewelry, collectible minerals and fossils, teaching aides, books and children's gifts. Outdoor activities include fossil hunting and gold panning. A covered shelter is available for classroom instruction and picnicking.
