Atlantis Submarine Big Island

These 48 passenger subs give tourists a chance to view the underwater and stay dry. A launch takes guests from the dock at King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel out to the submarine. A large glass dome and 13 viewing ports look out underwater.

Divers chum with bait to attract tropical fish to the coral reefs and night dives are also available. The reefs comes alive at night as anemones unfold and shrimp and crustaceans come out to feed.
