This park is reached through the golf course at the Ritz-Carlton Mauna Lani Hotel off Hwy 19 at Mauna Lani Resort. It is also the route to reach the
Puako Petroglyph Park. The beach is a rocky mix of dead coral and lava clinkers.
It is a good area for snorkeling and surfing and even has a small grass area for sun worshipers. The nearby Puako Petroglyph Park has a trail cleared out that follows an ancient route around the big island.
