Ho'okipa County Park |
This famous beach has excellent surfing and is one of the most famous windsurfing beaches in the world. The swimming and snorkeling is marginal, however, due to strong currents and rough water from seas breaking over the reefs.
There are covered picnic areas, restrooms and showers. It is located on the Hana Hwy (Hwy 36) a few miles past Paia.
