Windward Community College

A fascinating array of Natural Science courses greet the incoming student at Windward Community College.

Biology courses include "Coral Reefs", "Ethnobotany", "Identification of Tropical Plants" and "Hawaiian Marine Invertebrates" to name just a few.

The Marine Option Program titles include "Polynesian Voyaging" and "Maritime Archeological Study Techniques".

The Aerospace Lab offers "Language of The Sea and Sky", "Legends of The Universe", "Sailing by Sunlight" and "The Art of Ship Building".

Other options include the Remote Sensing and Geographic Information System Training program and Biotechnology.

Located in Kaneohe, Honolulu County, HI, WCC has an enrollment of about 1700.
