River Estate is a private resort on the north shore of the island of Kauai with three deluxe accommodations located on the river two blocks up from the beach on a private estate. The 7th Green Studio is a 400 square foot private studio in a custom home on the golf course at Princeville, Kauai. It has a private entrance, private lanai and bath and is fully equipped. It's a luxury studio accommodation, convieniently located at a budget price that's exceptionally private and quiet as well as priced for the budget traveller.
